Standard Terms

Installation

• Estimates are free of charge.
• Heating systems, boiler changes, bathroom suites and other complete jobs can be quoted on a "supply and fit" or "fit only" basis.
• When an estimate has been agreed I require two thirds payment before work commences, with the final third on satisfactory completion.

Payment

• Payment is by cash or cheque only.

Guarantees

• Standard manufacturers guarantees apply to all appliances.
• A two year guarantee is given on all labour, excluding boiler servicing and thermo-couples.

Repairs

• Due to installation commitments I no longer offer a general repair service.
